As an actor, Beach began his stage career  in musicals with the Charleston (WV) Light Opera Guild and dramatic works with the Kanawha Players.  He was regular creative director for the Kanawha Players,  and is the founder, director, and actor for a statewide touring performance company, The Shakespeare Studio, Charleston, WV. Over the years, his passion for the stage has given him significant professional experience as an actor and director in scores of dramas, comedies, musicals, operas and children’s theaters in California and a dozen different states.
